Membership Plans
A simple flat monthly membership fee gives you access to Spear Direct Care’s exclusive healthcare services. Just choose which plan is right for you and click enroll to get on the path towards a healthier life.

Young Adult ages 18-24- plus a $65 one time non-refundable enrollment fee
Individual
Adult ages 25+- plus a $125 one time non-refundable enrollment fee
Families
2 Adults | 1 Household- plus a $200 one time non-refundable enrollment fee
- Children ages 3-17 are $30 per child per month & must be enrolled with an adult

The affordable monthly fee covers all care provided in clinic. It also gives you access to negotiated discount pricing for all lab testing that must be completed out-of-clinic (pathology, blood work, cultures, and STD testing) as well as lower pricing on imaging (ultrasound, MRI, CT, and x-ray).
